We at Happy Harbor Edmonton are proud to have been invited back to be a part of NextFest 2006, a celebration of independent artistic expression.  Last year we provided a display of artwork created during the 24 Hour Comics Day.  This year, we're doing something a little different. Happy Harbor Theater is proud to present

"SUPERHERO LIVE!"
a comic book spoken word rock opera
by Aaron Talbot, Music by John Davidge and Shaun Mckee

Rock out! The Triumvirate of Righteousness presents the origin of the most powerful Superhero the world has ever known. Plus: the Beautiful Scientist who created him, the Shady Character who trained him, and the mysterious Al who fathered him. 1/3 rock concert, 1/3 graphic novel, 1/3 play-reading. 1 whole lotta kickass!!!

Saturday June 10 at 7:00 pm
Sunday June 11 at 7:00 pm

 And don't forget that Next Fest runs from June 1st until the 11th and there lots of very cool plays, readings and exhibits happening.  Full event passes can be purchased at the Roxy on 124 St.
